What we collect

To build your plan: your kid’s age (or ages), your zip code, and whatever you tell us in your own words about your kid and your outdoor space. No account, no login, no required name, no diagnosis field — a first name is only ever stored if you volunteer one yourself in a free-text answer.

If you sign up to be notified about something in the future (like the shared outdoor space mentioned on our About page), we collect the email address you give us for that one purpose — kept separate from your generated plan, never merged with it.

We also keep a random, non-identifying device id (stored in your browser) and, briefly, your IP address — used only to enforce the free-plan usage limit and to catch abuse. This isn’t linked to anything you typed.

Who else sees it

Generating your plan means sending what you wrote to AI providers so they can write the plan and, when available, generate the yard illustration. These providers process that request to return a result to us; we don’t authorize them to use it for anything else. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Generated plans and usage records are stored with an automatic expiration — plans (and their illustration image) for 30 days, usage-limit records for a few days past their own rolling window — after which they’re deleted automatically, not kept indefinitely.

Your plan’s link

Your generated plan lives at a private, hard-to-guess URL. Anyone with that exact link can view it — the same as sharing a photo link — so only share it with people you’re comfortable seeing it.
